When will I find out my exact delivery time slot?
Once your order has been processed and completed, our logistics team will work behind the scenes to deliver your item(s) at the earliest possible convenience! As soon as your goods are ready to ship, they will schedule a delivery date and reach out to you to confirm the exact delivery date and time slot for your order - this is typically 72 hours before the delivery takes place!
What if it has been longer than the Estimated Delivery Date?
We can assure you that our teams do everything possible to ensure that deliveries are made at the earliest possible convenience! The Estimated Delivery Dates we provide are given in good faith and are approximate but often based on information provided to us by our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are given information suggesting that we will not meet the timescales initially provided to you, we will contact you with an update as soon as possible!
What happens if the provided delivery date is not suitable for me?
Should the provided delivery date not be suitable, or an urgent situation arises whereby a re-arrangement of the delivery date is needed, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible!
Please Note: We require at least one working days' notice to re-arrange the delivery. After the delivery date has been confirmed and no re-arrangement is needed, someone must be at the address to take delivery; if not, there may be an additional re-delivery charge.
What Are the Delivery Terms?
All orders are to be booked at least 48 hours prior to their expected arrival, and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the order details and delivery addresses are accurate. Any sort of personal unavailability and/or parking restrictions should be clarified beforehand to eliminate unnecessary delays. In case there is no recipient at the delivery address, Furnituretta will return the goods at their respected warehouse facility and reserve the right to recharge the customer for the delivery again.
Before the acceptance of final goods, it is the responsibility of the customer to visually inspect the packaging and the product to ensure everything is in perfect condition. In case of any damages incurred during the delivery process, it is mandatory for the customer to report the problem at the earliest.
Please acknowledge that Furnituretta delivery service is active all seven days of the week from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Unless prearranged, our deliveries are made to residences on the ground floor only.
